I think it's best you speak to a doctor for advice. It's a careful balance when a Type 1 is ill, and food poisoning is a particularly difficult situation.
While you're trying to get hold of medical advice, keep testing her bloodvsugar frequently. If you can test for ketones (in urine or blood) that would be good too. Even if her blood sugar isn't too high at the moment, that can change quickly. If her blood sugar is too low, tiny sips of regular (sugar) Coke can help and can often be kept down if she's vomiting.
Definitely speak to a doctor or DN though. I hope she's feeling better soon.
