I hate counting, weighing and measuring with an absolute passion. But I need to reassess what’s going in my mouth and know where I am so I need to do the dreaded deed for a week at least. I’ve used my fitness pal and carbmanager in the distant past. Both felt clunky and slow and a p.I.t.a

Is there a magic app that lets me take a photo of the food and it’s all done for me (I know I’m dreaming!). But seriously what is the absolute easiest free app right now? Mostly home cooked food and lobbed into a pan so each time is slightly different. I don’t need precision just a decent estimate.

For me Carb Manager which you have already mentioned is the best that works for me.

Thanks

Carb Manager is good but I find Nutra Check to be really intuitive and the best for uk users.
