Food trends for 2018

Spotted an article in the DM online this morning about likely food trends for next year. The possible low carb pink beetroot bread sounds good as does the raspberry fudge ice cream. I think it is a push towards everyday lower carb food that is needed rather than one off foods but still might look out for that ice cream.
