Hey, I am T1 and have been struggling for sometime now on what to take to work for lunch and night shift? i am fed up of all the junk food and was wondering what do you take to work for lunch/breakfast/night shift ?

Do you have a microwave at work? That helps.

If not, i used to make soup and take it in a thermos for night shifts.

Use Tupperware containers and take along a tuna salad, tuna & pasta or anything along those lines using chicken if that's your preference, difficult to advise really as we all have different tastes when it comes to food.

Lidl do a High Protein Low Carb roll that is very filling and doesn't seem to affect BG for most people. They are in the fresh bake section. Very tasty and versatile and enjoyed by many members here. So many choices of filling to suit whatever you like to eat. They freeze well too so easy to store to use whenever you need them
