Diabetes affects in different ways. As we know diabetes is cause due to excess amount of sugar in our body. Foods which are made from wheat, barley and corn are good for diabetes. Sugar and artificial sweeteners are seriously bad for diabetes. Avoid commercially packaged foods such as fast food and other different snack foods. Avoid sweets and chocolate which we often buy from shop and sometime from vending machine. Always talk with your doctor about when to take your diabetes medicines. Regular exercise reduce the diabetes. Avoid carbohydrate food and drink plenty of water.

Well how come you just listed food made from wheat, barley and corn, all three of which are carbohydrates, and are mostly refined by the time we eat them (in my opinion the very worst kind of carbohydrates).

Obviously sugar is bad, but what is your evidence that artificial sweetners are bad for diabetes.

I'm sure you are trying to be helpful mula, but please don't just come on a forum which is often frequented by confused newly diagnosed diabetics and start spouting bad information without anything to back it up.
 
my daughter eats as balanced healthly diet as any teenages does!!!!! we count the carbs and give the equivalent. sometimes it goes ok sometime she eats without injecting!!!!! but to me i say your body doesn.t make insulin so when you eat you need to give insulin. eat too much fast food etc you get fat like anyone else. you don.t need to avoid any food x
