Diabetes affects in different ways. As we know diabetes is cause due to excess amount of sugar in our body. Foods which are made from wheat, barley and corn are good for diabetes. Sugar and artificial sweeteners are seriously bad for diabetes. Avoid commercially packaged foods such as fast food and other different snack foods. Avoid sweets and chocolate which we often buy from shop and sometime from vending machine. Always talk with your doctor about when to take your diabetes medicines. Regular exercise reduce the diabetes. Avoid carbohydrate food and drink plenty of water.
