Yesterday I noticed this weird thing on the sole of my foot. It's a few red dots. Don't hurt to touch but hardened skin on the top. I don't know what the begging of an ulcer looks like and am very worried as away from my GP and currently in the process of relocating hospitals!!
Could any one let me know if this looks fine or should I do something urgently? Sorry about a gross foot photo!!! ImageUploadedByDCUK Forum1444770706.139971.jpg

As it's causing you some worry I'd get your foot looked at, is there not a NHS drop in centre that you could attend?

I think you should see a HCP. I'm not in any way trying to diagnose it, as that's inappropriate, but I can say it looks identical to when I have had a fungal infection/athlete's foot. Which if it is that, is usually easily treated. But sooner rather than later, whatever it is.
