Foot very painful (ulcer?)

Hi guys.
I cut my foot on monday I think and it's still an open wound and getting extremely painful.
I've got neuropathy in my feet and high risk as of last foot exam.
I called the drs as the DN had told me too but the dr just said keep it clean. It's Thursday now and the pain is getting worse.

Better to get that looked at @leeemerick,

It might not be anything to worry about but better to be safe than sorry, especially as you suffer from neuropathy
 
Try ringing the nurse.
If you end up needing dressings and treatment it will be her giving them to you, so she probably sees 10x the foot injuries than the doc does.
