Football - foot care and exercise

Any footballers or exercisers got any advice about how to compensate for lowering blood sugar through exercise i.e. timescale for extra carbs or lowering insulin?

Also, how to avoid impact on feet. Avoid blisters etc.

hi i dont do the insulin thing but i exercise hehe, i good pair of socks a good pair of shoes/trainers/boots and "bodyglide" put it on any areas you suspect is looking like a blister point, its terrific stuff and should stop them, marathon runners use it on there feet etc
