Well, 1.1 increase is no way to encourage me not to do THAT again, is it?! Result!
But, on a grown-up note, I know it's a one-off - I promise! ;-)
it could be worthwhile testing again in another 30 or 45 minutes, as the fat in the icecream and chocolate will have slowed any rise quite a bit. Sorry to rain on your BBQ.
Or I could be wrong!
Real ice cream is both low carb and healthy if you exclude any sugar from the recipe and/or use something like powdered erythritol or xylitol in its place. So Mr Google says: https://www.google.co.uk/#q=low+carb+peanut+butter+ice+cream
and you're allowed to say to me "get thee behind me S*t*n/Evil Woman..."
Enjoy without guilt or any evidence of sinful acts!

Errrm, think I might have a teeny problem with that... I think we're on opposite sides of the world and it might be a bit of a squishy mess by the time it gets to you.You are forgiven. But as penance you must buy one for all of us!
Worth every mouthful lol....I treat myself quite often to a Morrisons own brand chocolate ice cream with almond flakes and it has not enough impact to cry about....was equally pleased and surprised to see such a low impact on BG levels ...thank you God thank youOK - pre-naughtiness was 6.3, 2 hours = 7.4, 2.5 hours (and pre-dinner) = 6.2, 4 hours = 6.3, 5 hours (and post-dinner) = 5.8.
I think I got away with it! Woohoo!
