Hi my name's Ian and I've been type 1 diabetic for 23 years. (it's a bit like alcoholics anonymous this, isn't it?).
I've been meaning to join this forum for ages, so here I am at last.
Essentially my control is not as good as it should be (but not awful), so I thought I'd stick my head round the door here and see what tips and ideas I can pick up, and maybe even share.
So it's a big "Hi!!" from me...
