Freestyle Libra sensor app

Hi I’m away on hols & I didn’t bring my sensor reader with me as I use my iPhone app. I tried starting a new sensor but it keeps telling me it’s ready to start in 60 mins. When it says it’s ready to scan & I scan it says that I need to rescan & when I do, it tells me it’s ready to scan in 60 mins & so on. I don’t want to try another sensor as this one is on properly & in case it’s the app itself. Any advice would be really appreciated as I don’t know what to do

whenever i have read about that happening it means the sensor is no good....... can you contact abbott and ask for their advice
