Hi all,
I have been using the the libre 2 sensors since July, so I’ve been through my fair share of sensors. In the last few months, I’ve realised that after setting up a new sensor, the alarms simply don’t appear on the Libre app. The red dotted lines that normally show aren’t there. Also, I have checked the alarms tab, and they are switched on. Weirdly, it says that alarms are only available on the libre 2, which makes me feel like my device is suggesting I am not using a libre 2?
It’s happened with about 4 sensors in the last 2 months, and I’m starting to wonder whether Abbott has packaged the sensors incorrectly? Has anyone had this issue?
