I have been using the freestyle libre 2 sensor with my iPhone for over a year but it has suddenly stopped working. I’ve had 4 sensors not work and spoken to Abbott about this and my phone meets all the necessary requirements. They have supplied me with a reader which works on the same sensor that didn’t work with my phone. Have checked with apple that phone meets the necessary requirements so am at a loss to discover why my phone suddenly doesn’t work with the sensors. Has anyone else had this problem. Just don’t know how to resolve the problem.
