I saw on the Android app stor an app for Libre 3. Does anyone know when this will be available in the UK.
What are the differences with respect to the 2 model?

This will answer part of your question.

As for availability, product launch is in 'the coming months'. But by 1st of Jan 2023 they will need to apply for and receive the UKCA mark which may slow things down.
