Freestyle libre 3+

Hi, I'm in the UK.

Couple years back an ex colleague's 3 year old at the time had one as part of a closed loop system.

It was after a worrying saga where a Dexcom originally prescribed & directed to use was suggesting the kid was hypo in the 2s & low 3s for hours when in actuality he was closer to 21mmol on a BG test?
 
I think the guidelines for general monitoring are the like of libre 2 dexcom one

Other models libre 3, G6,G7 have requirements to be prescribed them as they are more expensive so typically pump users.. the only think you can do is ask your prescriber you’ll even be told yes or no
 
I've been on L3 for about 18 months.
Ii think it's as good as it gets for a cgm!
Apparently soon to be discontinued.
I wouldn't be better happy to go back to L2.
Hopefully, L3+ will be subscribed?
