Freestyle Libre alarm

Many months ago I posted a question about the Freestyle reader alarm not working. Have had a replacement but this still doesn't work. An example is - I set an alarm to wake me up at 4am and leave the reader at my bedside. I sleep, and don't get woken up! When I finally rise at 7am and do a scan, the alarm goes off!! This must be a fault with the design but can I persuade Abbott that? No! Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I didn't know it had an alarm! Personally I have always used my phone.

OK, so do I, but yes, the Libre has an alarm and as such it is a serious matter if it doesn't work.

I tend not to use it, but my alarm has worked correctly both times I did.

I set mine after reading this.....and it worked ok
