Freestyle Libre and swimming

Hello!
Has anyone tried swimming for longer than 30minutes with the Libre and found it still works after? I’m wondering if the guidance is about the sticky surround not lasting, or the sensor itself.
My son broke my heart when I said he just wants me to be able to stay in the pool with him for longer than half an hour

It's about the sticky only, @AlanaPerrin !
If you make sure to use something over the sensor to keep it on it's no problem

I like to use Hypafix/Tegaderm, others prefer vetrap or other kinds of tape.

Did you use any extra sticky tape or anything?

I use kinseology tape over the top and it works a treat.

Oh really! You’ve made me so happy to know that! My little boy will be super pleased we can stay in the water for longer!
