Freestyle Libre app issues?!?

Hi,

I am currently using the Libre sensor but for some reason all my data from the last week and half has disappeared from the app on my phone - anyone experienced this and been able to retrieve the data?

The data should be up on libreview provided you setup an account when you first used the app. Unfortunately there's no way of sucking it back to the phone*. As for the reason, there are any number. One gotcha is if you try to use the app on another phone, it just logs that one off the system.

* If you are into mysql programming, then you could firstly check if the data was still in the database, but in someway marked as deleted.
 
Hi,

I was logged in to my account and for some reason it logged me out this AM so I signed back in and there was no data showing on the app but the app was aware there were 4 days left on the sensor - I assume this is data on the sensor.
I share my data with the hospital I’m under so was hoping the data is in cyber space somewhere.

I have seen a few posts saying the server has been down today.
 
Yes a couple of threads have reported Europe wide issues today. Some have got back in now.
