When looking at your FreesStyle libre graphs how do you remember the spikes, dips, how you've reacted to foods etc?
Do you make notes in the add note section?
What else apart from foods do you make notes about?

Yes I make a note when there’s anything unusual or if I’m doing a specific test for a food (eg yesterday I had a tiny sliver of Christmas cake. I scanned immediately before first bite (and made a note in the Logbook) and then at 30, 60, 90, 120 and 150 mins.

(6.0 —-> 6.0 btw. My peak is almost always between 45 and 60 mins, and it rose to 7.1 in that time period).

Yeah, I just add notes of what I've eaten, precisely so I don't have to remember stuff, and can go back and check for trends whenever I want to.

When you did your 30 minute scans after your Christmas cake what were your levels? Was one of them the 7.1 that you mentioned?

Just getting my logbook up…the 6.0 at 15:25 was the first bite, and then I tested every 30 minutes after - actually looking at it again it didn’t go as high as 7.1, that might have been something else I was thinking of
