Nice to know they are starting to ship

Typical I just bought 100 test strips from our shop too hehe

I had my email a couple of weeks ago, went ahead and ordered last Tuesday. Have had a sensor on since Saturday, it's been a revelation, although readings aren't the same as my meter the trends are the same. Just made a few alterations to my pump basal settings. I don't intend to use all the time but so far it's been great for the information I've got.

Thanks for the info :¬)
I want to use it as a source of learning how my body runs
I have long ago given up the quest for real readings :¬)

As far as I can tell, there are some faulty sensors about but in my opinion some people were expecting the system to correlate with their meters. I'm testing as much as I normally would and using both sets of data for trends and information.
I knew that my overnight basal wasn't correct but when doing a fasting overnight I would often go hypo. When I had a CGM from the hospital for a week this showed that this wasn't correct, same with the libre, have altered overnight will see what shows and then do overnight fasting in a few days time. Hoping I don't react to the adhesive! I haven't got any freestyle test strips, probably need to buy some

Thanks for the warning about faulty sensors I will keep an eye on this as they are not cheap :¬)

I don't have much faith in glucose meter actual readings,
the allowed +/- 20% per reading is way off-putting and for me...
each batch of freestyle lite test strips causes large jumps in my base readings

I am used to this variation now and I assume its a trend meter not a real world value meter

So with a bit of luck this will give me some overall all day trend monitoring

Abbott said t be I needed to monitor and be alerted to hypos I should be using the Navigator II
way more expensive and 5 day sensors - so ill try this 1st :¬)
