Freestyle Libre missing microchip and cannula

I have been using these for a while now and have recently struggled to get hold of any. Had two delivered today from an online chemist and when I’ve gone to apply the first one, the microchip and cannula were missing. Opened the second one and it’s exactly the same. Both now useless and £130 down the drain. I’ve read there have been issues with manufacturing recently. Has anyone else had the same problem? So frustrating.
