Has anybody been successful in getting the freestyle libre and sensors funded by the NHS?, if so how did you go about it.

Have just had an appointment to trial it on the 14th December. Currently under a dietitian and have asked her to get me on the Libre. Have had appalling control with my diabetes since diagnosed in 1972 and am suffering the consequences now, blind in 1 eye and 18 months ago diagnosed with CKD. Vast improvement since the CKD diagnosis. That probably had something to do with my acceptance?
