It's miraculous. Get in there.I eat the same as before diabetes. Traditional balanced diet. Not too much processed / refined stuff. Probably too much in the way of carbs. Lots of fruit and veg. Prob too many treats. Hence the reason I'm looking at lchf. Control is within boundaries set by NHS so they tell me I'm doing OK, but I'm a little unhappy. Want to be better than simply OK.
So the lchf adventure begins properly very soon.
