Does anyone ever use this? Why does it only have hours to set? I've never used it and just set reminders.

It's a reminder that the '8 hour' time limit is approaching. I have mine set for 7 hours, just in case I have a good night sleep. Don't remember it going off;). It's just to make sure you don't lose any data as you pass the memory limit of 8 hours.
