Freestyle stytle libre 2 not scanning sensor?

Same issues here. It seems to have happened after they updated the app.

I had an issue recently with my phone would still bluetooth the readings each minute, but NFC did nothing. i fitted a new sensor when that one expired and couldn't activate the new sensor. The problem started when I set up contactless payment cards on my phone. I deleted them and the sensor worked fine after that. The phone was a Samsung S22

I had this problem only a few weeks ago on my 15 month old iPhone SE , the nfc had actually failed it would bluetooth but would not scan which would have been a problem when it comes to scanning a new sensor , I took it back to the Apple Store where I bought it and they said even though it was out of warranty they would replace it .
