What a load of rubbish!
I tried to sign up for the Libre 2 free trial:
  1. It took 4 attempts before it recognised my telephone number.
  2. It sent me 3 demands to confirm my email address and 2 more to confirm that telephone number.
  3. Following that, it sent me two emails timed identically, the first telling me I wasn't eligible, the second giving me a voucher code.
  4. Now when I try to actually use that voucher, it says my email address or password is incorrect.
I give up. If they don't really want people to try it without paying for it, they should just withdraw the offer!

This is more frustrating than talking to Inland Revenue :banghead:

Maybe try ringing them on Monday (no I'm not being funny)! I've found that a better way to get a good response than on their website. Hope you can manage to get one!

So decided to try again this morning - created a new account login with a different email address (only 2 attempts for it to accept my email was a real email). That allowed me to get through to the checkout page and apply the voucher code. So the free trial should arrive soon...

You managed to speak to a real person at Inland Revenue?!!

I had similar problems particularly with the County which was required - no Welsh or Scottish counties listed. I phoned and after an exhausting conversation with the non-UK (going by her accent and total lack of knowledge of the UK) call centre person managed to get through to her it was COUNTY not COUNTRY. Despite spelling it multiple times…
An hour later I got a callback. Sorted. NOT! Although I could now proceed to the actual checkout, nowhere at any point could I find where to input the code I had been sent.
I continued with the Paypal checkout, being aware that often codes are input towards the end of the process. I got to the point where it said “review your order”. Aha! I thought. Pressed the button.
“Thank you for your order”. £48.23-ish taken from my bank account
