Just wanted to share that ever since I've been freezing my low carb bread my BG is amazing this principal also works when you cook and cool pasta and reheat it although I am on a low carb plan it's ok to have these foods now and again and weigh the portion of course this won't work for everyone but please do give it a try and see if it helps at all hope this post might help x

I always freeze our bread, always have done so none is wasted. I find I can eat a slice with a meal, either with butter, toasted, or fried.

I also freeze ....anything left overs etc ....my freezer is full ...
I like cooking in advance to ....
Some times I have one of those thin piklets or crumpets with my soup ... Very nice ... :)

Thanks for that, I will try freezing bread and see how that affects me. I have switched to high fibre bread which still causes
a spike.

I always freeze our bread. And it always spikes me.
Liv life is the only one I can use, and only one slice of that at a time.

I have to use Livlife once in a while and I think I spend more calories "Picking out the boggy textured large seeds" than I get out of eating it toasted
I even talked to Livlife personally asking them for a "Less Seedy" loaf and they said they are thinking about new products.
Its just the large soggy green things I hate :¬)

Where do you get your low carb bread?

I get mine from here

Freezes well and even stays fresh in the cupboard BUT

DAM them big green blobby seeds from hell :¬(
