I do have to be honest and admit that I don't feel very good after that slice. I feel lethargic and bloated. Were they the 97% ones? If so, they are a lot nicer than the gluten free.

I'm not sure if that helps anyone - not being a diabetic I probably won't get spikes. I'm still bloated so I shall be keeping clear of bread - that was the first piece of bread of any kind that I've eaten in six weeks. That will definitely stop me craving bread now!
