Friends, I'm absolutely frustrated!

Can anyone help me please?

I have attempted to register, and also to login to the Low Carb Diet Forum, and I'm failing miserably.

I have used 2 different versions of my first name, and also A back-up email address, I hardly use, and I'm unable to log onto the site. I forget what the error message says - I'm completely frustrated and don't know what to do.

I'm 60 years old, and not particularly computer literate.

HELP!!!
