From Women's world

A bold claim to say it 'stops' diabetes in the title

Nuts I hate so cross that off

And apparently yoghurts only work wonders for women

What a **** article

The chocolate thing seems to go back to 2008 and misses out the fact that the chocolate used in the research had specially added flavanoids. The research compared 2 lots of chocolate eaters, rather than one lot eating chocolate and another group not eating chocolate. So, unless the article is referring to other research, it's mis reporting what was actually done.

As for 32oz of water, that's less than a litre (1.6 pints) and I think most people drink at least a litre. Perhaps they're saying dehydration increases the chances of diabetes.

I'm not sure if it's worth going any further, the accuracy of reporting in "Women's World" is questionable. I see there is an article in another edition of the magazine that tells how breathing technique can also stop diabetes. I wish I'd been shown how to breath properly.

I'll just go for the chocolate and wine. Other than that ...it's WOMENS WORLD.
