Hello there @PatrickakaBeFo , and welcome :)

Had the same type of problem, many years ago. Slowly it developed to a point where I got diarrhea, if I ate more wheat, than ½ a biscuit, and it could also have been a link in the chain giving me Colitis. Suggest, that if your symptoms worsen, stop eating wheat at all...

Hi @PatrickakaBeFo ,

Welcome to the forum.

What are your BGs prior, how high do they go, how low are you going later?

It sounds to me like it could be a timing issue with your fast acting insulin?
When do you inject prior to your meal?
