With the way Supermarkets are at the moment, can’t manage to get Fresh Broccoli so have been getting frozen Broccoli florets, only thing I’ve noticed is carb content on frozen ones, not much 26 grams per kilo. But I thought fresh Broccoli was carb free, or if I’m wrong I stand to be corrected
Frozen is 2.6 per 100g
I use tesco website for finding out carb content
Carbs and cals app is great also
You can use Google. The item you are looking for + carbs
Alexa is a great resource too
Fat Secret is great for this sort of thing. Anything you choose to search for, and any serving size/type you wish. It is, however, a US website, so you'd probably want to subtract the fibre for UK-style measures.

The supermarket I use has had it in again recently but I'm buying their prepacked as normally I snap the stalk off as I don't eat that bit but it feels a bit rude doing that at the moment under the circumstances.
