Frozen shoulder, clicky fingers.

Hi I have spent a lot of time researching and getting slagged off by various people over the frozen shoulder and clickey finger thing.
I was told that it was due to the diabetes, the bad control of B/S and many other things, however, thanks to "slipped words", being verbally abused, and now blocked from an American site as they all know best, I have discovered that eating "copious" quantities of Marmite may reduce symptoms. I have been in touch with one of the manufacturers of the slow "overnight" insulins and they are taking it up as it is a cheap almost laughable test that can cause no problems and no offence, unless of course you loath it!!!
The results are very quick, max of 3 days. So far on five persons using 2 different "slow" insulins the results were magic. It does not work with vegemite, nor with solely vitamin B12 although that does seem to help.
So if you have a frozen shoulder and clicky middle fingers just please try it and let me know. It will take as stated about three days. We here cannot get complex B vitamins anymore hence the reason for the aforesaid Marmite. Itake a teaspoonful with each meal and one at night.
I do know the site says about advertising, they, Marmite know nothing of this but have no other way of explaining so do accept the apologies and try it.
I have since spoken to my optician whose comment was "argh the nerve vitamins, wonder if it may have an impact on visual diabetic eye problems- I hate marmite!!!"
Do try it and let me know but do not just say its rubbish as the biggest insulin supplier in the UK did not.

As for the Marmite.......if it works for you, great stuff. If I ever get one I might try it, even though I can't stand the stuff ! At least it's not poisonous......so they say.

Who is the Insulin manufacturer you mentioned, have they endorsed it on a website ? Be interesting to see. I'm all for anything that's safe if it is proven to relieve symptoms of conditions.

As for the B Vitamin's.....they seem to be available on a large number of websites so not sure why you can't obtain them even if only online.

Four teaspoons of marmite a day? Disolved in some hot water, I assume...

I've had clicky fingers forever - I might give this a go. Thanks for the heads up.

I suffered from 'clicky fingers' before which was terrable, i also woke up one morning and thought i was dying, pins and needles on/in arms and legs really severe could not work, it subsided a bit, then someone somwhere pointed me in the direction of vit b, i now take vit b complex, only suffer occassionaly in the hands

clicky fingers my gp said was artheritis, i nearly hit him, as i was younger then, this has now cleared up. i did years ago suffer from 'trigger finger' which a jab of cortisone cured.

i like marmite

order vit b from the net, good stuff

good luck
