Fruit info

Note that artichoke, asparagus, broccoli, leeks, mushrooms, okra, onions, peas, red pepper, shallots and tomato products all contain fructose, although I don't know how much.
Significantly less than fruit I believe, along with fewer carbs. My point still stands. People are only considering the glucose part of the fruit and ignoring the fructose.
