Significantly less than fruit I believe, along with fewer carbs. My point still stands. People are only considering the glucose part of the fruit and ignoring the fructose.Note that artichoke, asparagus, broccoli, leeks, mushrooms, okra, onions, peas, red pepper, shallots and tomato products all contain fructose, although I don't know how much.
