fed up of squash and water so decided to use fruit in water
garapes, easy peel satsumas, lemon, strawberries and a stick of cinnamon
hardly any taste
just did a reading with my monitor and it was 5.8 did another test and 5.5
how? why?
im ok with strawberries and any other berries, lemon water is ok too
i know satsumas and grapes are a big NO but they are just floating in water
edited to add when i tested the water was just covering the fruit

The sugar will leech out into the water, I do one with cucumber and mint - very refreshing

Looking at your pic that is a lot of fruit! If I do a citrus one I only use the peel, which is ok if you have someone else to eat the fruit.

Strawberry one I use about 3 strawberries sliced and some bruised mint also a sprig of young rosemary.

The fla our is supposed to be very subtle and not like juice, I sometimes used sparking water as well which is very refreshing.

I do an earl grey tea one with lemon too that's really nice on a hot day

Hope this helps :)

I slice cucumbers, fresh mint leaves, strawberries, lemons, freshly squeezed pomegranate seeds in water.

Very healthy!

Just to say when I said peel I mean just the zest bit not the pithy white bit as that will make it bitter, peel the fruit with a potato peeler in strips then squeeze it into the water to release the oils to flavour it - then just drop it in - make sure you "bruise" the mint/herbs as well for the same reason:)

Yep that right just crush them in your fingers or even tear them up - don't chop or cut them though as you leave the best bit on the chopping board

Looks good - never used cinnamon let me know how it tastes - I usually leave mine over night but I have used it after 4 hours :)
