That's great you might want to check out timing. Carbs I eat after about 4pm seem to have a lot less effect o my blood sugars than those eaten before then.I've tested myself after two hours of the mum's dinner.

That was easy. I didn't bought a lot bread, was just made and really good - because it's made old style, with only coarse flour, salt water and beer yeast. Everyone ate it, i got only two slices, when I decided for a third, it was ended.I'm more impressed by the 50g fresh bread from the bakery!
