Fruit Salad Combination Can Improve Health and Reduce Obesity - Core Spirit

From my experience and from what I've read, too much fruit can be really bad for you, especially some diabetics. I love fruit but I know only small pieces through the day will keep me in control.

Interesting what my endocrinologist said about how the daily allowance of what people and especially diabetics should have every day! He said it should be seven veg to three fruit to be healthy.

There are some people and some RH ers that cannot tolerate fructose at all.

Most natural sugars are like poison to me!

I am the same. Small amounts of strawbs, black, blue, rasp....that's it... Or my BG races for the sky.

Can I recommend the excellent Quackwatch website to you - if you're familiar with Snopes, who look into all those viral stories that your annoying relative keeps posting on Facebook - then this is a good source for 'magical cures' and the like.

Though to save time, my default position is - there is no magic supplement or superfood, except perhaps dark chocolate which is necessary for life. And wine.
