Not having chocolate, it's a darn disaster!
Living in the tropics, we are blessed with so many choices of beautiful fruit. Sadly most of them are very sugary and therefore are not doing any good to me :)

I used to be a big fruit eater and not having any now is kind of sad.

Can anyone share what fruit in your experience have the lower BGL impact?

Blood test! It seems to be different fruits for different people. 5 months into this BG down considerably, I know find I can eat a lot more fruit. It is my passion so it has been a problem but testing has allowed me to find the good ones that suit me! Sadly not bananas! Good luck. X
