Full Fat Greek Yogurt

Thank you. Do you buy this one? I can’t find one that says it’s full fat.

Fage Total 5% Fat Greek

Hi I’m on a diet as well as being diabetic cause the fage yogurt is 5% is it best to get the zero one only trouble I’m having is the 0% one has 3 g sugar

That's why we don't recommend it, so kudos to you for being so on the ball. Low-fat/zero fat has to have starch added or it's just runny slop. The Greek yoghurt I buy if I can is from Aldi at 10% fat and no added anything. I sometimes buy M&S full fat yoghurt but there isn't a shop near me so only if I happen to be near one, and I can't remember the % fat content. I'm sure others can add to this. Lidl at 5% fat is okay but I prefer a higher fat content.

For me , I have Sainsbury/ Tesco Greek Style Natural Yoghurt to have with cereal, fruit, soup, cooking
4.2 carbs per 100g
I,too, am underweight and need the full fat !

Thank you. That’s to one I’ve been buying but wasn’t sure the fat content was high enough. I’m trying to stop my weight dropping any further.
Hi any tips I lost a stone then it’s just stopped

I’m afraid I don’t have any real tips for weight loss. I found it just happened, even tho it wasn’t my aim, when I went low carb. Following advice on here I upped my fat intake and that stopped the loss. The diet I eat now seems to maintain my weight pretty well.

From my experience I’d say experiment a little with your fat intake a little if your on a keto/low carb diet, but I’m sure others could advise better than I can.
