I want todo something to raise money for Diabetes uk, I have no ideas where to start or what to do. Any ideas?????

Sponsored walk/run perhaps, you can even contact them and they'll tell you when the next 'Walk in the Park' gathering is which take place up & down the country, once a year (or before if you ask) they send out a collection box where you can place your loose change in and once full donate to DUK.
