People without diabetes can eat that without problems. You don't get diabetes from eating sugar.

He should not have bothered himself by placing all the pieces of sugar he just had to do the opposite

Almost nobody could consume that much sugar regularly without problems eventually.
Agree. But I fail to see how you can label this video with 'funny' and 'diabetes'. I find the video moderately funny, but not anymore at the moment someone associates it with diabetes and funny. Too many people believe diabetics have brought this disease upon themselves, exactly by tagging sugary foods 'diabetes on a plate' and such.
