I have done this wrong in the past and remember the last time I spoke to a rep on the phone they told me to do it in this order:1) STOP the sensor on my pump (needed to change that too anyway)2) Type in the new transmitter number3) START the new sensor by adding in the code.Well that’s all great and dandy but on the Dexcom app if I now click on PAIR NEW TRANSMITTER it says I must stop my current sensor, which I can’t do as I’ve just started a new one. So where do I do this step?Does it need to come between steps 2 and 3 above.Someone PLEASE help me and tell me the correct steps as it looks like for the next 10 days till I change my sensor, I won’t be able to use the app, just the pump, for my readings?!Diabetes is hard enough without this :-(</blockquote>
