This always worked for meFor a new G6 transmitter, pair first with pump and then phone - so stop sensor on both, then stop transmitter on pump.Pair Tx to pump and add sensor.Pair the Tx to your phone before starting up new sensor on phone, select Tx then enter sensor code followed by Tx code.If sensor does not start on phone then let warm up finish before pressing start sensor on pump - it may take 10 mins for pump to catch up with phone.If mess up then restart with no sensor code on watch or phone.When changing pumps remember to power off the old pump that’s paired to the Transmitter before trying to pair the new pump. Plug power cable into pump and hold button down for about 45 secs until it buzzes three times. Probably best to wait 5-10 mins before pairing new one. Charge new pump from wall power socket (not computer). If the sensor does not start up - wait ten or so minutes as it sometimes kicks in late.Hope this helps.</blockquote>
