Galaxy a32 with libre 2 sensor trouble......help!!!!

I'm pulling my hair out......

Galaxy a32 phone has worked with countless sensors.
Phone updated itself earlier in the week and i had to alter some of my phone settings for the alarm to work.
New sensor activated yesterday and as far as i can remember everything was working between phone and sensor.
It was certainly reading the sensor.

Woke up this morning with high reading but the alarm didn't go off.
App is working correctly with all settings correct.
The sensor is scanning accurately.

The alarm will not work...........i have spent an age looking for a problem and i cannot get it to work.
I have restarted the phone and checked connection settings.

Instinct tells me its the phone...........the other odd ball change this week is the voice who speaks the readings to me once scanned has changed.

I turned the blue tooth off and recieved a notification but not an alarm.


I am really bothered by this.

Could someone please please help me....

What updated, android to 13? I saw someone saying there was a problem with Pixel 6's update but it was fixed the next day. If it's the same issue Samsung may be a little slower.

Maybe a load of rubbish, but maybe some pointers for a search here and wider afield.

Could it be the sensor itself ....can this happen ?

I've no reason to suspect the sensor. I have had poor accuracy in all the years I've used them, but never a premature failure. What has change is the OS.

Hey Tony! If you adjust the volume rocker. Click on the 3 dots. They'll be 4 volume levels come up. Hopefully 1 or some are on 0. If so adjust them.

Update....
As i dwelled on my problem further it had to be the sensor as i checked the phone settings and checked again.
I spoke to Libre and they said it could be the sensor so sent me a new one.
I replaced it immediately as i had spares and low and behold everything returned to normal...yay...

Its the sensor itself which reads low or high and sends a signal to my phone so it makes sense ......
