Does anyone with gastroparesis still manage to have a low carb/ketogenic diet?

If so what sort of things do you eat when you need to consume mostly liquid nutrition/low fibre?

:)

I don't know much about this but believe that Dr Bernstein writes about it and also has low carb as his recommended diet for T1.

Gastroparesis: Approaches to Controlling Gastroparesis - Dr. Bernstein's Diabetes Solution. A Complete Guide to Achieving Normal Blood Sugars. Official Web Site (diabetes-book.com)

So it must be possible, though I don't personally know the details.
