More of this please. If channels are going to have Dr Aseem Malholtra as the counter balance to the "mad" Carnivore diet, long may this continue. I know Shawn did not get through the scope he trailed in an earlier vlog, but just getting his anecdotal message out and having this backed by Aseem is a step in the right direction.
When I talk to people I tend to call what I am doing a customised Meat and 2 Veg (Ketovore), the previous regime before plant based and low fat. I do hope we wake up in the UK and understand we are in the perfect position for nutritious food security.
