Genetic Variants Could Explain Different Responses To Metformin

Wish I knew my genetic predisposition to the Metformin. If you find the original article or if there is a protocol we can join to get tested for free and monitored, email me.

when I had a documented iron deficiency, I used to take something called Slow Fe which was a time release iron. Saw it recently yin a pharmacy. No side effects but you have to get frequently retested for iron levels.

But then one doctor who was testing e for the iron so I didn't accidentally overload which has its own problems, just suggested that since I cook most meals, I just start cooking in traditional iron pans. Haven't had either a deficiency or overload since. Usually, I cook breakfast on a paratha pan from India but sometimes cook meals in larger pots with lids. They areheavy and so the wrist arthritis does not appreciate them like before
Will do.
Yes, I remember your iron pan tip. I may get one from Santa clause although hope my op is done and dusted by then so a big pan of food will take me months to use up from freezer. Does freezing after, affect its benefits?
