Type 1 Genteel Painless Lancing Device- any review?

I haven't tried that one but, to be honest, with the depth set appropriately, I find lancing painless.
I use the ACCU-Chek FastClix which, being a little more substantial than most lancers is more stable.

By the way, even on Genteel site it has images of taking blood on the finger tip? Why? This is where nerve endings are, hence pain. Also nurses are trained to use on the side of your finger. Not to save pain but to prevent numbness, important if you need to read brail.
 
I have never tried the genteel device, as I have always used the Accu-chek Fastclix.

I have had paper wasp stings worse than a Fastcix prick. :arghh:
