Just been reading about George Stella and his family, he was a chef, but he and his family were rather large. Low carbing they lost over 500lbs all together. Just bought his cook book and will try it for new recipes.
His blog is worth a read.

Thanks Dawn. I read all kinds of low carb stuff, it helps me understand bit by bit exactly how poisonous carbs are to me.
 
Some good recipes on there too all low carb.
